What causes this issue?

The business transaction '&V1&' with position date &V2& should be
changed or created. It occurs before the initialization key date of
valuation area &V3&. The business transaction that posted the position
value on the key date may no longer specify the correct value.

System Response

The business transaction is not transferred to valuation area &V3& since
it occurs before the initialization key date.

How to fix this error?

If the position displays an incorrect book value based on the change
made, you may be able to adjust the book value by manual valuation.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
