What causes this issue?

Error in the exception table for single position management:
TPM_MIG_LOT_MIXD
Single position management has been set in Customizing for product type
&V3&. However, exceptions have been defined in the TPM_MIG_LOT_MIXD
exceptions table for ID number &V1&. The entry in the exceptions table
means that the position will be treated as a collective position rather
than a single position.
There must either be entries in the exception table for ID number &V1&
and all security accounts in security account group &V2& or no entries
in the exception table for all security accounts in security account
group &V2&.
This is a mixed case. There are entries in the exception table for some
security accounts in the security account group and for other security
accounts in the security account group there are no entries

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

This error could occur if a new security account is created and assigned
to a security account group which has entries in the exceptions table.
In this case you are forced to enter this position in the exceptions
table.
