What causes this issue?

It is not possible to make changes to hedging relationships that have
been created automatically by the system (such as exposure items created
automatically as a result of an FX transaction being maintained).

System Response

The system does not allow you to perform changes.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
