    How to fix this error?

    Contact the system administration and ask them to do the following:
    In the transaction SAP Server (<DS:TRAN.SM51>SM51</>) check whether a
    batch service is entered on a server.
    Call the Transport Organizer (<DS:TRAN.SE03>SE03</>) tools.
    Start the function <LS>Administration</> -> <LS>Global Customizing
    Transport Organizer</>.
    Enter a valid server for the background release.
