What causes this issue?

You want to release a request in the background. You want to use the
server &V1&, however this server cannot be accessed.

System Response

The release is terminated.

How to fix this error?

Contact the system administration and ask them to do the following:
In the transaction SAP Server (<DS:TRAN.SM51>SM51</>) check whether a
batch service is entered on a server.
Call the Transport Organizer (<DS:TRAN.SE03>SE03</>) tools.
Start the function <LS>Administration</> -> <LS>Global Customizing
Transport Organizer</>.
Enter a valid server for the background release.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
