What causes this issue?

A backup was created for a transport-based correction instruction for
SAP Notes &V1&. This backup cannot be restored because an additional
transport-based correction instruction for SAP Notes &V2& has been
implemented in the meantime.

System Response

It is currently not possible to restore the backup.

How to fix this error?

First, restore the backup of the transport-based correction instruction
for SAP Notes &V2&. Then restore the backup of the transport-based
correction instruction for SAP Notes &V1&.
