What causes this issue?

You don't have sufficient authorizations for transfering files from the
frontend PC.

System Response

The transfer was cancelled.

How to fix this error?

Make sure that your authorization profile contains the authorization
S_GUI_ALL (for instance the profile S_ABAP_ALL contains the
authorization S_GUI_ALL).

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
