What causes this issue?

The conflict check detected conflicts between the Add-On &V1& release
&V2& and the OCS Package &V4&.

System Response

The system stops processing the queue.

How to fix this error?

In order to resolve these conflicts, include the Conflict Resolution
Transport (CRT) &V3& of the Add-On &V1& release &V2& in the queue:
If it is an SAP Add-On, look for a CRT &V3& in the Software Distribution
Center of the SAP Service Marketplace (http://service.sap.com/swdc).
If it is a third-party Add-On, contact the Add-On vendor and ask about
the availability of the CRT &V3&.
If the CRT is not available, you must remove the Support Package &V4&
from the queue.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
