What causes this issue?
Processing is not possible because a previous action has not yet
completed.
Example:
The jobs for a scheduled language import have not completed yet.System Response
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
How to fix this error?
Check whether the previous action has been cancelled.
If the previous action has been cancelled, clear the reset flag.
If the previous action is still running (in this case background jobs
with the names SAP-LANGUAGE-IMPORT-... or SAP-LANGUAGE-SUPPLEMENT-...
