SAP Error Message - Details

  • Message type: E = Error

  • Message class: TK - Transport Organizer

  • Message number: 787

  • Message text: Not all key entries could be adjusted

  • Show details Hide details
  • What causes this issue?

The object list check for the template indicated that there may be
inconsistent key entries for transporting table entries. These possible
inconsistencies are caused by changes to the underlying table structure
between the template being created and the current request being
    created.
The changed table structure could not be adjusted automatically for all
    key entries.
    Possible causes are:
The lensgth of the key entry would exceed the maximum of 120 after
    adjustment
Deletion or renaming of key fields in special cases
Incompatible type change for key fields
Missing information on current or previous table structure (for example,
for a table that has already been deleted, or because a table definition
has not yet been imported for templates from another SAP system).
In this case, no check can be made to see whether the key entries are
still consistent at the time of release. You are informed that
    inconsistencies may exist.

    System Response

The object list is included. However, the key entries that could not be
adjusted automatically are included without any changes.

    How to fix this error?

Before releasing the current request, check the key entries included for
the table entries to be transported.
To do this, display the object list of the request, and go to the object
    key display.
The key entries are listed by key field, according to the current
    structure of the underlying table.
On the basis of the current table structure displayed, check whether the
key entries shown correspond to the table entries you wish to transport.
You can then release the current request.
