What causes this issue?

You are not in the original system of the object &V2& but, in system
&V1&. In this system the system change option is set to prevent changes
to objects that are not originals.

The function terminates.

How to fix this error?

Change the object in its original system &V2& and then transport the
results to the other systems.
If the change is urgent, contact your system administrator who may
allow "repairs" during the time you need to make changes.
