What causes this issue?

As user &V1& you are not authorized to apply the <LS>Reorganize</>
function to the selected request type.

System Response

The function terminates.

How to fix this error?

Only users with the authorization S_CTS_PROJEC or S_CTS_TR_ALL can use
the <LS>Include request</> function.
