What causes this issue?

The repair "&V1&" could not be released because it has already been
released. It has not been confirmed yet.

System Response

The repair is not released again.

How to fix this error?

Check if the changes to the objects have also been made subsequently in
the original system and transported. Afterwards you can confirm the
repair with the function <LS>Request/task</> -> <LS>Confirm repair </>
The protection against imports is removed.
