What causes this issue?

An E071 entry was specified from the Workbench Organizer for which a
corresponding TADIR entry cannot be calculated. This probably means
that there is an inconsistency in the Workbench Organizer.
Please check the transport request being processed for incorrect
entries. The problem can only be solved by deleting the entry. It is
also necessary to clarify where the incorrect entry comes from.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
