  • What causes this issue?

An assignment was not found in table T320 for a warehouse number.
A preliminary check of decentralized Warehouse Management was performed.
SAP R/3 warehouse management can be operated as a decentralized system
for an R/2 inventory management system. When WM is operated in such a
scenario, it was not necessary up till now to assign the plant/storage
location to a warehouse number in table T320. However, as of Release 4.0
this is necessary. A check was therefore performed for all warehouse
numbers marked as decentralized to see whether there was at least one
entry in table T320 pointing to the respective warehouse number. One
warehouse number did not have an assignment.
Warehouse management cannot be operated productively after an upgrade
with warehouse numbers for which there is no assignment in table T320.
The warehouse numbers therefore need to be assigned before the upgrade
because a data conversion is performed by program RLXPRA40 during the
upgrade on the basis of the assignments. A data conversion is no longer
performed for a subsequent change to the assignment table. Productive
operation is therefore also not possible under these circumstances after
    the upgrade.

    System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

Maintain the assignment in table T320 for this warehouse number
according to the assignment in table T340 of the R/2 System. This is
necessary for purely technical reasons. It does not entail a functional
    enhancement to decentralized warehouse management.
