What causes this issue?

You tried to create a fontmetrics file (AFM file) by using an existing
fontmetrics file as a template. The key of the printer font being
processed was specified as the key of the file to be copied. The
fontmetrics file cannot serve as a template for itself.

System Response

The system sends an error message.

How to fix this error?

The action was not carried out. Repeat the action and specify the key
of another printer font.
