  • What causes this issue?

The user has created a new entry (e.g. new font family, new system
barcode) whose name does not correspond to the name range defined by
SAP. Objects from the SAP standard version and customer-specific
objects must have separate name ranges to prevent data being lost in a
    release upgrade.
For font families and system barcodes, the initial letters Y and Z are
    reserved for customers.

    System Response

The system sends a warning, the entry can be made again.

    How to fix this error?

If you are working in a customer system, only create objects with the
initial letters Y or Z. If you are working in an SAP development
system, use the letters Y and Z for temporary test objects only, and
delete them once the test has been carried out.
