What causes this issue?

You cannot convert &V1& &V2& into the unit of measure "&V3&" for
various reasons (perhaps the target field is too small).

System Response

The value just processed will not be converted into the unit of measure
"&V3&"; the previous value and previous unit of measure "&V2&" will be
retained.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
