  • What causes this issue?

You are about to change the contents of a table that is also being
    changed by SAP.

    System Response

The system informs you of this by issuing a warning, as your changes
could be overwritten by the next or a subsequent SAP update.
The various table categories are distinguished as follows:
Category G: SAP just imports new entries, no overwriting occurs
Category E: SAP and customer have separate key areas. Please ensure
that you do not change any entries belonging to SAP, as otherwise your
    entries could be overwritten.
Category M: Maintenance by both SAP and customer. It is not possible
to keep SAP and customer changes separate. SAP will try to prevent
overwriting of changes in these tables on update, but frequently the
interests of a single customer (who wants no overwriting) conflict with
those of the majority of customers who want to be able to benefit from
a corrected or extended functionality. For this reason, please make a
careful note of all changes to such tables.
