What causes this issue?

The log is a file in the file system in the log tree of the transport
system. To open it, you require authorization S_DATASET.

System Response

A client copy cannot be performed without this authorization.

How to fix this error?

Contact your system administrator to obtain the authorization.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
