What causes this issue?

The entered time duration is not correct. The allowed formats are:
Hours with 0 to 6 positions (allowed value 0 .. 999999)
Minutes with 2 positions (allowed value 0 .. 59)
Do not enter a separator (':') between the hours and the minutes.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
