(call from &V3& to &V4&). The call is either already over or more than
30 mins old. Therefore it cannot be the call made for the current test.
The test terminates, since the result is not meaningful due to wrong
call data.
Check why the call was not reported in the system. Note the following
possibilities:
- Your user settings are not maintained.
- Your work center is not activated for incoming calls.
- Use the function 'assign incoming call' under 'utilities' in the
administration transaction (SPHA).
- The call was not reported in the SAP system due to problems with the
server software or the RFC.
