How to fix this error?

Generate the correspondence prior to further processing.
You can get an overview of the planned correspondence (for example,
correspondence type, medium) by choosing 'Goto -> Correspondence', in
the transaction display.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

Once the outgoing correspondence has been sent, you can match the
counterconfirmation.
