  • Show details Hide details
  • What causes this issue?

In company code &V2&, there are &V3& correspondence in the worklist
that concern transaction activities which are no longer active in your
system. It is possible that your Customizing settings for
    correspondence are incorrect.

    System Response

Check your 'Define correspondence activities' Customizing settings
especially if the afore-mentioned &V3& correspondence in the worklist
makes up a large part of your daily transaction volume.
If you do not do this, the database is filled with unnecessary table
entries in the correspondence data table VTBKORES over time.
<ZH>Tip: </> If you receive this message in a test system, you do not
need to do anything. It is interesting to carry out an analysis after a
certain period in productive operation. As you generally have no access
authorization for Customizing in the productive system, you can also
call up the report behind the check ( RFTBCO_CHECK00) directly.

    How to fix this error?

If necessary, correct the Customizing settings. This will prevent the
creation of irrelevant worklists in the future.
    &HINWEIS&
For all transaction functions (e.g. Create, Change, Reverse),
correspondence planned records are written in the VTBKORES table as a
worklist, if this is intended in line with the Customizing settings and
possibly the correspondence standing instructions. The correspondence
planned records can be recognized by the fact that the SPLAN table
field is filled with an 'X'.
You can directly delete correspondence planned records in the
transaction. Alternatively, Report RFTBCO_DEL is available for mass
    processing (<DS:TRAN.TBZ7>Execute Report RFTBCO_DEL</>).
