on the Customizing settings, planned records are created when creating,
changing, reversing, etc. a transaction activity and used to generate
correspondence.
In this case, no correspondence planned records could be created due to
the selection criteria.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
