• Message text: No correspondence planned records have been selected

What causes this issue?

Correspondence is generated on the basis of planned records. Depending
on the Customizing settings, planned records are created when creating,
changing, reversing, etc. a transaction activity and used to generate
correspondence.
In this case, no correspondence planned records could be created due to
the selection criteria.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
