What causes this issue?

You use the communication interface <ZH>SAPcomm </> to send fax orders.
A prerequisite for dispatch is the specification of a fax destination
in Customizing for correspondence.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Enter a configured output device in telefax Customizing for
correspondence.
As an alternative to <ZH>SAPcomm </> you can also use the
communications interface <ZH>SAPconnect </>. The processing then takes
place via SAPoffice and not Spool.
