What causes this issue?

To insert a customer model you tried to insert a new org unit refering
to an SAP org unit. But the org unit is already refered by an existing
org unit.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Use the existing org unit to add your model.
