What causes this issue?

Not allowed to enable/disable automatic expansion while the object is
configured with ?default? policy.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

First change the configuration policy of the segment which then allows
the activation/deactivation of the auto-expansion.
