What causes this issue?

The ABAP/4 processor passes all OLE statements to the SAPgui. The
SAPgui contains function modules that convert these statements to OLE
calls.
The communication to one of these function modules was terminated.

System Response

OLE is only supported under Windows and NT.
Only the Release 3.0 version of the SAPgui supports OLE.

How to fix this error?

Use the latest version of the SAPgui.
