What causes this issue?
The ABAP/4 processor passes all OLE statements to the SAPgui. The
SAPgui contains function modules that convert these statements to OLE
calls. The OLE call for generating an OLE object returned an invalid
handle.System Response

How to fix this error?
Check the OLE server application. This must be registered under Windows
