What causes this issue?

An attempt was made to start a report for which the current user has no
authorization.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

In the R/3 System the user requires the authorization to call the
relevant report. This authorization can be given by the system
administrator.
