What causes this issue?

Rule &V1& is a rule for test and demonstration purposes. This rule
triggers an exception if the cost center of the notification of absence
is different to '1000'.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Change the cost center to a value different to '1000' and execute the
function <LS>Restart after error</>.
