System Response

The work item is created without recipients and appears in <ZH>no</>
workflow inbox.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

Procedure for System Administrators

Correct the agent assignment:
Check and if necessary change the assignment of the possible agents for
the task used.
Check and if necessary correct the determination of the agent
responsible.
In the workflow administration, choose <LS>Work items without agents</>
and perform the agent determination for this work item again there.
