What causes this issue?

The work item was set to the status <ZK>error</>. The workflow system
tried to transfer this status to all parent workflows. This failed.

System Response

Transfer of the status was canceled. Only the actual work item has the
status <ZK>error</>.

How to fix this error?

When the background job is next executed for work item error
monitoring, the workflow system attempts to transfer the status to the
parent workflow again.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
