What causes this issue?

&V1& higher-level entries and &V2& dependent entries have been marked
for deletion from the change request &V3&.

System Response

They are actually deleted from the request at the next
save. All changes made up to this time are then made in
the database.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
