What causes this issue?
&V1& dependent entries were flagged for copying into the
change request &V2&.System Response
The actual copy into the request occurs at the next
save. All changes made up to that time are then copied into
the database.How to fix this error?
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

An error message will prevent you from continuing your work - it is a hard stop and you need to fix the error before you can proceed.
