What causes this issue?

The attribute "Table maintenance allowed" was not set for the table
&V1& in the Dictionary. The contents of this table can thus not be
maintained with the extended table maintenance. You can display them,
however. The generated objects can be used.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
