  • What is the cause and solution for SAP error message SUID01200 - Local user &1 cannot be changed by IDoc ?

The SAP error message SUID01200 indicates that a local user (identified by &1) cannot be changed via an IDoc (Intermediate Document). This error typically arises when there is an attempt to modify user data through IDocs, but the system restricts such changes for local users.

    Cause:

    1. Local User Restrictions: The user in question is a local user, and SAP does not allow changes to local user data through IDocs for security and integrity reasons.
    2. IDoc Configuration: The IDoc type or message type being used may not be configured to handle changes to local users.
