the scenario &V1&.
Although a definition exists in the system for this scenario, the active
scenario required for the check does not exist.
The authorization check is therefore performed without regard for any
switch that might be defined.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Use transaction SACF or SACF_COMPARE to create the required active
scenario.
