What causes this issue?

You are trying to get information about a SAP Jam Group and are not
receiving the information you requested.

System Response

The system made an API call to SAP Jam, but this call did not retrieve
any information.

How to fix this error?

These are the possible reasons for this error:
The Group does not exist.
The Group exists but you do not have the authorization to access any
information.
In the second case, you may address the owner of the Group in order to
be invited, or to change the visibility of the Group.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
