If you want to delete valid records, choose:
SAP menu -> Logistics -> Customer Service -> Service Processing ->
Environment -> Sales and Distribution -> Master Data -> Products ->
Assortments -> Mass Maintenance -> Reference Plants Management,
go to purchasing reference site screen and unassign plants.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
