Provider. There are a number of possible reasons for the error,
including:
The Knowledge Provider system is not available at this time.
The system settings are incorrect.
An error occurred during the file transfer protocol (FTP) creation.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
The HTML version of the glossary entry is not available in the
Knowledge Warehouse (KW), or the existing version is not current.
The SAP System noted the glossary entry for a later transfer attempt.
Check the next day whether the transfer took place or not.
If the transfer did not take place, inform SAPterm system support by
creating a CSS/SAPNet message using component BC-DOC-TER.
