    Provider. There are a number of possible reasons for the error,
    including:
    The Knowledge Provider system is not available at this time.

    An error occurred during the file transfer protocol (FTP) creation.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    Knowledge Warehouse (KW), or the existing version is not current.
