No secure connection to the Security Token Service (STS) for this Web
Service consumer found.

System Response

The system can no create a Logical Port (LP) for the given proxy.

How to fix this error?

Before you continue trying to create Logical Ports for your proxy, using
the STS service, you first have to generate a LP for the consumer proxy
CO_WSSESECURITY_TOKEN_SERVICE using the Meta Data Exchange Protocol
(MEX).

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
