    A local Web Service request has called an access path
    on this system. This path is served by the SOAP Processor. The access
    path does not belong to a valid Web Service endpoint URL.

    endpoint , the SOAP Processor couldn't process the request.

    This problem could be caused by a missing Web Service endpoint
    configuration on that system or by a wrongly configured Web Service

    instructions of the Implementation Guide of this Web Service Provider
    application in order to create a valid Web Service endpoint
    configuration.
    In case of the wrongly configured Web Service consumer application
    correct its settings in order to address a valid Web Service endpoint
    URL.
