How To Fix SRT_WSP431 - No configuration for local ICF path "&1"

SAP Error Message - Details

• Message class: SRT_WSP - Messages for SRT WSP

• Message number: 431

• Message text: No configuration for local ICF path "&1"

What causes this issue?

A local Web Service request has called an access path
on this system. This access path is served by the SOAP Processor. The
access path does not belong to a valid Web Service endpoint URL.

System Response

Since the local Web Service request did not address a valid Web Service
endpoint , the SOAP Processor couldn't process the request.

How to fix this error?

This problem could be caused by a missing Web Service endpoint
configuration on that system or by a wrongly configured Web Service
consumer application.
In case of a missing Web Service endpoint configuration follow the
instructions of the Implementation Guide of this Web Service Provider
application in order to create a valid Web Service endpoint
configuration.
In case of the wrongly configured Web Service consumer application
correct its settings in order to address a valid Web Service endpoint
URL.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
