    The address of the Web Service cannot be found.
    Possible causes of the error:
    ICF_ERROR: No service can be found in the ICF. In this case, you cannot
    call the Web Service.
    ICM_ERROR: No active service exist for the protocol &V3& in the ICM.
    In this case, you cannot call the Web Service.
    MAP_ERROR: The host name/port number combination could not be found
    for the virtual host &V2& and protocol &V3&. In this case, you can
    call the Web Service, but no WSDL generation or UDDI registration is
    possible. Note that an assignment of host name and port numbers is
    required for WSDL generation and UDDI registration for all
    virtual hosts with the exception of 'default_host'.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
