What causes this issue?

The selected Web Service is published in at leaset one UDDI registry.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Use the transaction
<DS:TRAN.WSADMIN>WSADMIN</> to cancel the UDDI publication. You can
then delete the release of the Web Service.
