Message text: The Test environment is incomplete RT configuration cannot be created
A missing setup for test environment does not allow to create web
service runtime configuration.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
Ask your Quality Management to maintain a user for web service
configuration.
Maintain a user for web service execution. Assign this user to role
SAP_BC_WEBSERVICE_SERVICE_USER and SAP_BC_WEBSERVICE_CONSUMER. If the
system runs with check of RBAM authority, you have to assign this user
for unrestricted RBAM authority. Please maintain the users name and
password in table SRT_TEST_ENVIRO with the following entries:
,,USERNAME,,,,SYSTEST
,,COMPONENT,,SOAP_TEST
,,SUBCOMP,,,,SOAP_TEST
,,NAME,,,,,,TESTUSER
,,VALUE,,,,<username>
,,ACTIVE,,,,'X'
and
,,USERNAME,,,,SYSTEST
,,COMPONENT,,SOAP_TEST
,,SUBCOMP,,,,SOAP_TEST
,,NAME,,,,,,TESTPASS
,,VALUE,,,,<password>
,,ACTIVE,,,,'X'
(It is known that this action could violate your security requirements.
But the current functionality of the RBAM architecture does not allow to
create a user in background or does not provide a function for save
user background maintenance, so this manual action is strictly required
for the automated and half automated web service runtime tests)

Verify Technical Systems: Ensure that all technical systems involved in the integration scenario are defined in the SLD and that they are correctly linked to the Integration Directory.
Transport Validation: If the configuration was transported, check the transport logs for any errors or warnings. You may need to re-transport the configuration or manually adjust it in the target system.
Authorization Check: Ensure that the user has the necessary authorizations to create and modify configurations in the Integration Directory.
System Health Check: Perform a health check on the PI/PO system to ensure that all services are running correctly and that there are no underlying issues affecting the configuration.
