What causes this issue?

The Task Watcher identifier indicates an open process of the ABAP object
class shown in the monitor. Restarting the process can be the solution
of the problem. The call is executed in the background, so any error
message are displayed as an entry in the system log (Transaction SM21)

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Inform the administrator to view the system log for entries of group WS
and number 5.
