The user of type "Service" required for the Web services (Web service
runtime) does not have all required authorizations.

What causes this issue?

The service user does not have enough authorizations in the RFC service
destination.

System Response

The authorizations of the service user must be configured correctly for
the relevant functions to operate correctly.

How to fix this error?

Add the required authorization to the service user. If required, use the
template profile SAP_BC_WEBSERVICE_SERVICE_USER as an example.

Procedure for System Administrators

Use transaction PFCG to configure the profile used by the service user,
under "Authorizations". At the least, all authorizations must be
included that are entered in the template profile
SAP_BC_WEBSERVICE_SERVICE_USER.
