    You cannot use non-permitted terms as keywords for documents. When you
    enter keywords, the system checks this.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    If you want to add this keyword to the list of permitted terms, you have
    to first delete the keyword in the list of non-permitted terms.
